Damaged or missing package?

Report it right away. Call 313-873-8200 and send pictures of the package to [email protected].

All changes to orders must reach our customer service team by 11:00 AM EST the business day before your order ships.

Call 313-873-8200 to cancel or change an order.

Shipping costs are not refundable once a shipment has been received.
If you receive a refund, shipping will not be reimbursed.
Special cases may call for a refund or partial refund. Our staff reviews each case individually.

Kowalski is not responsible for delays or costs caused by an incorrect shipping address.
Inclement weather or natural disasters can restrict or delay delivery. We cannot assume responsibility in these cases.
